Checkmarx is looking for an experienced Salesforcer to join its Operations team, as Sr. Business Operations Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class CRM implementation to the internal teams at Checkmarx, including designing, hands-on implementing and supporting of the CRM system. This role requires someone who can support world-class, global sales teams and processes, on top of your hands-on Salesforce expertise. The Sr. Business Operations Engineer will lead projects and initiatives that will eliminate manual processes, enable a rapidly expanding business, and facilitate the growth of Checkmarx to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-channel CRM metrics, sales, marketing and finance-related implementations, coupled with solid Salesforce administration know-how.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Work closely with business partners to define requirements and ensure that solutions deliver best-in-class results and business processes
    • Coordinate and deploy CRM systems projects. Lead all or portions of the functional components of a Salesforce.com project: developing requirements and designing prototypes, testing & training strategies
    • Hands-on Salesforce.com administration and customization
    • Maintain user accounts, roles, profiles and security settings in the CRM system
    • Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security in the CRM system
    • Design and deploy automated processes in the CRM system and related integrations
    • Manage ongoing list of activities and enhancements within individual projects and across initiatives
    • Work closely with our cross functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Support to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Build business intelligence dashboards and required custom reports for CRM
    • Own metrics tracking & program performance accountability

 

  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience working in a systems implementation practice, management consulting firm, or high-growth environment is a must.
    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Administration
    • com Certification preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
    • Strong project management, program management and systems experience required
    • Demonstrated ability to work with partners of diverse backgrounds both in and outside of the organization
    • BS in a technical, business, or other related field required
